Medical Records
Description: These files are used to record health history and medical examinations
of current and past employees and contract staff of the Office of the Auditor General who travel overseas.
They contain records of annual and periodic medical examinations, required inoculations, health histories,
results of biochemical tests, x-rays, and cardiograms. The files are arranged in alphabetical order
by last name.
Note: These files are maintained by the International Development Research
Centre (IDRC) IDR PPE 803.
